Freedom Sounds begins its oldies session

This Sunday, the weekly club @ Spectrum on Oxford, Freedom Sounds, will be running an Oldies Session with Firehouse. Firehouse, as mentioned previously, is known for it dancehall and roots dances, but the boys behind it are well known for their great early Jamaican music collection, so they're (finally) doing a dance for us ska, rocksteady and skinhead reggae fans.
$7 will get you in, with the night kicking off at 8 pm.
A month later and you'll have another oldies session. The Signals will be providing the entertainment, launching their CD, Rocking Steady. Free copies will be given for the first 25 or so punters through the door.
