It's a plug day today, or actually, a series of plugs.
On April 7th, it is Dynamite Sounds time @ the Brighton Bar on Oxford Street. I will be joining the DJ time for this night, playing reggae, rocksteady and ska. Sounds start about 930 pm and I'll be coming on about midnight. $5 cover charge.
On May 5th we bring you Mods Mayday. That's right, having skipped it last year, we return @ Newtown RSL. Details of bands and DJs will be forthcoming, but stay tuned, because it is always a big night.
Finally, on June 30th we have the SKABQ @ the Harp in Tempe. This, as usual, will be an all day BBQ and bands type do. This time it will feature Melbourne band The Beefeaters with plenty of locals to boot.
And I should mention the next Take It or Leave It, which is booked in for April 14th @ the Sly Fox.
